Making something complex simple.
Navigating the available government incentives and technicalities of solar components can be confusing to the average consumer. What makes it even worse is they don’t know what to expect in terms of service, paperwork, turn around times and so on. Buying solar for your home is not like buying a TV. That’s why my team and I decided to create a series videos called “Solar Made Simple”.
First we interviewed members of each department at the company to get a full understanding of what each stage of the customer journey was. Then I wrote scripts for each video, selected the talent (actual staff members) and coordinated the shoots. Then our video content producer, Dropbear, worked his video magic.
