“But how many corners do I have to turn? How many times do I have to learn, all the love I have is in my mind?
- The Verve
One evening I gazed out to the ocean, the chill of growing autumn sweeping across my shoulders and salt clinging to my hair in crystals. Out in the distance surfers watched the infinite horizon and gulls swapped news from distant lands. The waves carried with them stories of love and loss and eternal journeys to find whatever it is we’re all looking for.
My toes dig into the sand and I wait.
