As the morning gathers a rainbow, I want you to know that I’m a rainbow with you.

The summer months remind me of growing up. Of ice-cream-chins and jumping through sprinklers. BBQ smoke, fish-batter-sticky-fingers and wet car seats after swimming at the beach.
This beautiful jacaranda is in my mum’s garden.

Beautiful photo! I just LOVE jacarandas – they’re so scrawny in Melbourne.
Mum rescued this jaca when they bought the house. The previous tenants on the house had nailed steps into it’s thin trunk so kids could climb it easily and it wasn’t looking very healthy at all.
